Phaidon International Named Sixth Largest

The SIA has recognized award-winning global talent partner Phaidon International as the 6th largest direct hire firm in the United States.

The ‘Largest Direct Hire Staffing Firms in the US 2024’ report from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) ranked the largest direct hire firms in the US based on direct hire revenue generated in 2023.

Placing in 6th position, Phaidon International beat the likes of Insight Global, Randstad, PageGroup, and Korn Ferry.

This marks exponential growth for the company, as Phaidon International was ranked 10th on the list in 2023. The previous report also highlighted Phaidon International as having among the largest global reach of all direct hire firms worldwide, with "staggering annual growth in permanent placement revenue”.
