Phaidon International took another exciting step in its U.S. expansion, with the launch of a 6th U.S. office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Building on 5 years of incredible success in New York and the openings of San Francisco, Boston, Chicago and Dallas; Charlotte’s launch to cover the Southeastern part of the country shows that there are no plans to slow the company’s successful and strategic growth. Phaidon International launched a team in New York to remotely cover the region since October 1st, and has been operating on the ground in Charlotte since early January.
The new Southeast office is located in Uptown Charlotte. The launch includes two of Phaidon International’s brands – Selby Jennings which specializes in Financial Services niche staffing, and DSJ Global which specializes in Professional Services, including Operational Excellence, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.

Drawing on her early years of experience as one of Phaidon International’s top Recruiters, and her more recent experience as a Client Manager for top tier global clients, the new Charlotte office is led by Director, Alyssa Daugherty: “I am incredibly proud to be launching the Phaidon International Charlotte office. This new office represents the next phase in Phaidon International’s continued growth and is the 11th global operation for the organization.
