As part of our ongoing partnership, we recently sponsored Susan G. Komen’s, Pink Rocks the Rock event, hosted this year at Rockefeller Center. We are proud to support the foundation’s efforts to eliminate breast cancer; a disease that will affect 1 in 8 U.S. women during their lifetime.
Pink Rocks the Rock is a key annual fundraising event hosted by the Komen NYC Young Professionals Committee. These funds are invested in life-saving research; services such as breast health screening and education programs; as well as treatment for medically unserved women, men and families in New York.
“It has been a tremendous pleasure to partner with the Susan G. Komen Foundation over the last six years. I’ve seen first-hand how their fundraising efforts directly benefit millions of women across our country,” said Kareem Bakr, Director at Phaidon International and member of the Komen NYC Young Professionals Committee.
“Pink Rocks the Rock is another fantastic opportunity to have fun while bringing together like-minded individuals to support a great cause. I’m excited to continue raising awareness around breast cancer and helping make a difference to so many women’s lives.” For almost six years, Phaidon International has proudly supported the Susan G. Komen Foundation, sponsoring events such as the annual Race for the Cure and Paint the Park Pink, as well as raising awareness for the foundation.
